You have a donor who has placed multiple orders and has somehow created multiple accounts. Maybe they've used different email addresses. In any case, you want to remove the duplicate account, keep the original, and keep all the associated orders.
NOTE: At the moment, its not possible to do this with accounts that have Recurring Payments.
- Find the duplicate account and open the main account screen.
- Open the Orders tab. Open each order that belongs to that account.
- In the top right corner of each order, you will see a gear icon where you can "Unlink" the order and then "Link" the order to an alternate account. Manually go over each order and make sure each order links to the primary account.
- Once all orders have been linked with the primary account, delete the duplicate account. (Delete button in the top right corner of the account screen)
